ON SITE CAMPING

We’re happy to announce that for the first time, we’re opening exclusive on-site camping, giving you the chance to stay right where the action is. Wake up immersed in the atmosphere, enjoy easy access to the festival grounds, and make the most of your Lighthouse Rock weekender.

Q1. What dates can I camp?

  • Camping is Friday & Saturday
  • 1 day is just Saturday (23/5), 2 days are Friday and Saturday (22/5 & 23/5)
  • All campers must roll out Sunday (24/5) by midday

Q2. How big is my campsite?

  • All campsites are at least 8m x 6m
  • We expect that 99% of setups will fit in the generous campsite allocation, however if you big-rig physically doesn’t fit we have a few larger sites available, just reach out prior to info@lighthousepresents.com.au

Q3. Can I camp with friends travelling in different vehicles?

  • If you want to camp as a group with other vehicles, you must arrive at the site together to be allocated adjacent campsites. You won’t be able to save a spot for a later arrival. We recommend meeting in Burnett Heads and travelling together to the site.

Q4. Can I choose my camp site?

  • Campsites are allocated on arrival and filled from front to back. If you have have a 2 day pass, you will have a better shot of securing a site closer to the concert area.
  • If camping in a group, roll in together to be allocated adjoining campsites.

Q5. What facilities are available?

  • There will on site amenities (toilet/shower block) for campers only
  • There will be on site security throughout the day & night, lighting and first aid

Q6. Are dogs allowed to attend?

  • Unfortunately no dogs are allowed at the festival or camp site unless it is a registered service dog

Q7. Can I have a campfire at my camp?

  • No camp fires are permitted for this event
  • Fortunately it is a great time of year and weather is forecasted to be sensational!

Q8. Are powered sites available?

  • No, all sites are unpowered

Q9. Are generators permitted?

  • Generators are permitted but can only run between the hours of 8am and 10pm. If you need to run medical equipment overnight please ensure it runs off a battery that can be charged during the day.

Q10. What items are prohibited?

  • Drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s)
  • Kites
  • Fireworks
  • Chainsaws/Power tools
  • Weapons (including firearms and whips)
  • Unauthorised selling of goods and services
  • Unregistered vehicles
  • Glass – (no glass in festival, public or camp areas)

Q11. I don’t have camping gear, can I still camp?

  • No rental camping gear available, you will need to supply your own
