Q1. WHERE IS THE EVENT HELD?

The event is at Lighthouse Field opposite the Lighthouse Hotel, on Lot 2 Hermans Road, Burnett Heads QLD, 4670.

Q2. WHEN IS THE EVENT AND WHAT ARE THEY EVENT OPERATING TIMES?

Saturday 14th of October 2023, 12:00pm to 10:00pm.

Q3. WHERE DO I COLLECT MY WRISTBAND?

Wristbands will be provided upon entry at the main gate.

Q4. DO I HAVE TO WEAR A WRISTBAND?

Yes, all patrons MUST wear a wristband. You will receive your wristband on entry into the festival. No wristband – No entry.

Q5. CAN I BRING ALCOHOL TO THE EVENT?

No, patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into the event. To comply with Queensland Liquor Licensing laws, patrons cannot bring alcohol into the event. There will be license bars at the event from 12:00pm to 10:00pm.

Q6. CAN I DRINK ALCOHOL AT THE EVENT?

Yes, there are licensed bars onsite.

Q7. HOW DO I GET TO THE EVENT?

There will be transport options with Bundaberg Go Shuttle Bus Services – phone 0421 413 446.

Q8. CAN I BUY FOOD AT THE EVENT?

Definitely! There is a range of delicious food vendors available at the event including vegetarian and gluten free options.

Q9. CAN I BRING FOOD, DRINK OR ALCOHOL INTO THE EVENT?

No food is to be brought into the festival. If you have allergies that require for to be brought in, please explain your situation to security at the front gate.

Empty water bottles may be brought into the event, we have bottled water for sale and free water station onsite for refills. All bags will be searched on entry by security. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ALCHOL BE BROUGHT INTO THE EVENT.

Q10. IS THERE AN ATM AT THE EVENT?

Yes, ATM machines are available onsite. 

Q11. CAN I BRING A CAMERA?

Yes, you can bring a small still camera or digital camera. Professional photographic equipment, other visual, sound recording, or transmission equipment is strictly prohibited. Phone cameras are permitted.

Q12. CAN I BRING MY PET?

No pets are allowed at the event.

Assistance Dogs are permitted.

Q13. IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?

Smoking and vaping are allowed in designated areas ONLY. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the containers provided. DO NO PUT CIGARETTES ON THE GROUND.

Q14. WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT?

. Photo ID – Driver’s licence or photographic identification.

. Sunscreen

. High back fold-out chair

Q15. WILL FIRST AID BE AVAILABLE?

Yes, there will be a first-aid medics at the event.

Q16. CAN I BRING IN CHAIRS?

High back fold-out chairs are permitted.

Low back bench chairs, moon chairs, and lazy boy style chairs are not permitted.

Q17. WHERE CAN I FIND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE EVENT?

Q19. CAN I GET REFUND?

All tickets sales are final – once purchase, tickets are the sole responsibility of the Ticket Holder. For more information, review Lighthouse Rock event terms and conditions.

Q20. DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARD?

Lighthouse Rock is proudly affiliated with the Companion Card program and provides discounted tickets for holder of Companion Card who require assistance of a companion to attend the event. For more information, please contact – www.oztix.com.au

Q21. DO YOU HAVE DISABLED PARKING?

Yes, allocated parking for people with disability in the FREE event parking area – follow the traffic signage when entering Burnett Heads.

Q22. DO YOU HAVE EVENT PARKING AVAILABLE?

Definitely! FREE event parking available for patrons – follow the traffic signage when entering Burnett Heads.

Q23. WHY WOULD I BE REFUSED ENTRY?

NO ID = NO Entry. If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be refused entry. For the safety of all patron’s, management has the right to refuse entry where we see fit. This includes on the buses. There will be high fencing patrolled by security guards surrounding the event, so forget about trying to sneak in.

Q24. CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET?
